Method
Rui fish or
katla fish are better.

Boil the fish
and pick the thorns and make small pieces.

Tomatoes and onions should be crushed. Boil the hot
spices that have been cooked in the wok and strain the onions and leave the
onion on it.

coriander and cilantro.
