Tandoori Momos

Ingredients For Dough:
(Serves 3)
1/2 cup Water
1 1/2 cup Refined Flour
Salt
1 tsp Oil
Water
Ingredients For Filling:
1/2 cup Leftover Chicken Tandoori(boneless)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Green Chilli(chopped)
1/2 Onion(chopped)
Salt
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Ingredients For Tandoori Masala:
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt
1 tsp Oil
Ingredients For Tandoori Chicken Momos:
2 tbsp Oil
Tandoori Masala
1 pc. Charcoal
Method
1.Take refined flour in a large container and put salt, oil, water in it
2. To make the dough, knead it and cover the bowl for about 15 20 minutes.
3. Now take the remaining chicken in a bowl with coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, sliced ​onions, salt, lemon juice.
4. Combine it, and set it aside
5. Now take yogurt in a container and add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lime spices, garam masala powder, musk fenugreek, lemon juice, salt, oil.
Mix. Mix and set aside
Now. Now, the dough was left on one side; Cut it into small pieces
8. Now, take a flat rolled dough, and, in the center, fill 1 tbsp oven.
9. Cover it with some water and place it on the side
10. Do the same with the remaining dough pieces and steam them
11. After the steam is hot, heat some oil in the pan and add the tandoori masala.
12. Bake the oil until it falls apart and heat a piece of charcoal.
13. After the oil is separated, carefully select the mimosa and place them in the pan.
14. Give it a stir and flip it so that the mimosas are cooked on both sides.
15. Now, place a bowl of steel in the pan; Add hot charcoal to it, then pour oil with charcoal and cover the pan for about 30 seconds.
16. Take it out and serve
