Chilli Egg Idli

Ingredients:

Idli - 15 (small)
Egg - 2
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Garlic - 3 (Kalia)
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves - 10 - 15
Capsicum - 1
Chilli sauce - 1 table spoon
Szewan sauce - 1 table spoon
Tomato Ketchup - 1 table spoon
Green Onion - 3 Table spoon (Finely chopped)
Spring onion - 3 table spoon
Coriander Address - 3 Table Spoon (Finely Chopped)
Salt - Salt
Oil - As per Minor
Method
Cut the idli into two pieces. If there is a big idli, take 8 idlis. Cut the big idli in your preferred size.
Boil the egg. Now remove the skin and cut only the white part into small pieces. Wash the capsicum, remove the stems and seeds and cut them into small pieces. Now finely chop the onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Now add garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chillies and roast them. Then add chopped onions and roast them. After roasting the onions, add capsicum and salt and cook. After cooking the capsicum, add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, shejwan sauce and mix. After that add Idli pieces and mix. Now add egg pieces and mix. Finally add coriander address and green onion and mix it well. Hot Chilli Egg Idli.
