Gobhi Manchurian Recipe
For frying cabbage pieces (For Gobhi Piece)
Cauliflower - 500 grams (cut into small pieces)
Corn Flour - quarter cup
Red Chilli Powder - Half a teaspoon
Curd - 2 teaspoons
Salt - as per taste
Oil - as required (to deep fry the paneer pieces)
For Manchurian Gravy -
Tomato Sauce - 4-5 teaspoons
White Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce - 2-3 tsp
Green Onion - Half cup (finely chopped)
Garlic - 8-10 cloves (peeled and chopped finely)
Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
Corn Flour - 2 tablespoons (dissolve in half cup of water)
Ajinomoto Powder - Half a teaspoon (Optional)
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3-4 teaspoons
To make Cabbage Manchurian, first we will deep fry the cauliflower pieces. To prepare the cauliflower pieces, first of all, put oil in a pan and keep it on the gas for heating and now remove the chopped cauliflower pieces in a plate and marinate for about 10 minutes, to make the cabbage pieces Put red chili powder, salt and yogurt on it, after 10 minutes, mix the cabbage pieces well and wrap each piece in a dry corn floor, when the oil is well Take out the deep-fried should be hot when put in hot oil pieces 2-3 cabbage until golden brown, are similarly prepared fried pieces of cabbage.
