Jackfruit - 250 grams (peeled and cut into square pieces)
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Green Chilly - 2 -3 (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 teaspoons
Curd - Half cup
Red Chilly Powder - Half a teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - quarter teaspoon
Coriander Powder - one and a half tablespoons
Mustard Oil - ½ cup / as required
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves () - 2 tablespoons (finely chopped) for garnishing

Cumin seeds - half a teaspoon

Black Pepper - 2

Cinnamon Stick - 1

To make Jackfruit Korma, first wash the pieces of jackfruit thoroughly with clean water and put them in a clean plate, now put oil in a pan and place it on the gas for heating. When the oil is well heated, put the pieces of chopped jackfruit in hot oil and fry it on a medium flame till it turns golden brown with the help of a spatula and keep it in a plate.
Now we will prepare gravy for jackfruit korma, add all the whole spices in the remaining oil to the gravy and fry it lightly while stirring, now add chopped onions and green chillies to the roasted whole spices till it turns pink Fry, after roasting the onion, add ginger and garlic paste and mix it and fry all the spices well. When the spices start leaving the sides of the frying pan, add 1 / 1.5 cup of water and salt (add water according to how thick and thin you want the gravy to be), mix it well with the help of a spoon and slow down the flame of the gas. Cover the pan with a lid / plate and let it cook on low flame for about 5 -10 minutes, so that the spices mix well in the jackfruit. Now remove the lid from the pan and check the vegetable, now the jackfruit is cooked, so turn off the gas, and remove the jackfruit korma in a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped green coriander and serve it in hot dinner and lunch and Looted applause from the family.
