How to make Carrot Paratha

How to make Carrot Paratha

Necessary ingredients:-
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Carrot - 1 cup (grated)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil or ghee - 4 tbsp
Green chili - 1-2 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch piece (grated)
Salt - less than 1 tsp (as per taste)
Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - less than 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - half a teaspoon
Mango powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Method :-
Sieve the flour in a dog, add half a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil, and with the help of water knead a soft dough (water takes about half the amount of wheat to add Depends on Variety), keep the dough covered for 20 minutes, so that the dough will set after flowering.
Prepare carrot filling by the time the dough is set. Add oil to the pan and heat, add cumin seeds when the oil is hot, after roasting cumin, add green chillies, ginger and fry the spices lightly, add coriander powder. Mix it, now add grated carrot salt, red chilli, mango powder and mix and fry 2-3 minutes while stirring the carrot, there is no water in the carrot at all. Carrot filling is ready.
Dough is also ready, break a little flour (equal to 1 lemon) from the dough and prepare round dough, wrap it in dry flour and roll out into a diameter of 3-4 inches. Heat the pan on the gas.
