1 tbsp oil

Firstly, take one cup of rice, wash it well, add two cups of water and cook it till the rice is hard-boiled well.

Keep it aside for later use.
Making of vegetable deep-fried rice:
Take a wok, add one tbsp oil and warmth it.
Add finely sliced carrots, finely cut cabbage, saute for couple of minutes.
