Parsi Mutton Dhansak
Ingredients - 
1/2 cup Split Pigeon Peas
1/4 cup Red Lentils
1/4 cup Yellow Split Gram
1/4 cup Split Gram Dal
1 cup Fenugreek Leaves
10-15 Mint Leaves
75 gms Pumpkin (chopped)
75 gms Brinjal (chopped)
Water
5 tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
4 Onions (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
4 Tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 kg Mutton
Salt
For Garam Masala
2 Inches Cinnamon
1 tbsp Corriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
7-8 Cloves
10 Pepper Corns
1/4 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
Method :
Let's begin with running saoked Split Pigeons Peas, Red Lentils, Yellow Split Gram, Split Gram decaliter along into the cookware with Fenugreek Leaves, Mint Leaves, Pumpkin (chopped), herb (chopped) add some Water and pressure cook this until the Dals are done.
Next let's prepare the Mutton within the cookware that add Oil, let it get hot then add Bay Leaves, Onions (chopped).
