Handi Paneer Recipe

Ingredients :
200 gms paneer
2 ginger, grated
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tomato
1/2 cup water
2 stalks coriander leaves
2 pinches powdered black pepper
4 tbsp refined oil
3 onion, chopped
1/2 cup beaten curd
Method :
Put oil during a handi, fry the cut onions on medium flame, when done, cut back the flame to low. Then add 2 items of grated ginger, turmeric powder, chili pepper powder, garam masala and blend well.
Add the finely cut tomato and inexperienced chili pepper, and cook on low flame for concerning ten minutes.
Add 1 cup crushed curd and cook until dry, before adding salt.
Add 1 cup water and convey it to a boil.
Mix in malai paneer and cut coriander, cook until the masala dries.
Add pepper and take away from the flame. Serve during a giant bowl and sprinkle coriander leaves over the dish.
